There are five types of content you can add to your presentation:
CHARTS & GRAPHS
The text editor is the first tab in the dedicated content sidebar.
To add text to your slide simply double-click on one of the three predefined text cases and the text block will place itself on your slide, or drag-and-drop it wherever you want on the slide.
When you click on the text tab, you can also set the text format for the entire presentation by entering edits for each type of text you’ll have in your presentation.
To edit a text blocks properties or position select it and check the menu on the right side of your dashboard. Here you can choose the Font Family, Font styles, change its size, color, alignment. You can also add a background color or pick a border for your text block.
Used Fonts is your presentation’s font & style archive. When using a template, "Used Fonts" collects all fonts and styles used in that particular template.
After selecting the text box, you want to check the right sidebar and look for the Position & shadows menu.
Check the "add text shadow" box. To move the shadow to the left or the right use the shadow "X-axis". Shadow "Y-axis" will help you move it up or down.
To change the colour of the shadow simply click the shadow colour box and choose the desired colour.
To give blur to your shadow use the “shadow blur bar” and drag it until you find the suitable combination.
Niftio Images: use our search to browse over 4000 high-quality images with CC0 Creative Commons License. Or you can just add your own (drag and drop, or upload from your computer).
When creating a presentation from our templates you can also use images from that template.
Every image you add will be stored in your personal gallery called “My images”. By hovering on images in your gallery, you can either delete or tag them.
To add an image just click on it and it will place itself in your slide. Or simply drag and drop it in the upload photos section. You can modify an image’s basic properties and position by clicking on it, and this drop down menu will open in the right sidebar.
To change an existing image on a slide you can either click on that image and select "Change Image" from the content sidebar, or right-click the image you want to change and select "Change Image" from the context menu that will appear after the right-click action.
Use the reset styles button to clear all changes you’ve made to that image.
Shapes and Icons are marked with a star in our sidebar content menu.
We have over 1000 shapes that you can use to illustrate your presentation. To add a shape to your presentation simply click on it and it will place itself onto your slide.
Shapes have 12 categories: Basic, Weather, Sport, Gesture, Emoji, Device, Media, Editor, Hardware, Communication, Image and Document. When you select a shapes category your selected ones will appear underneath “the recently used” tab. You can also select multiple categories at once.
You can modify a shape’s basic properties and position by clicking it. Changing an existing shape from a slide happens exactly like the image: Click on the shape and select "Change Image" from the content sidebar, or right click on that shape and select "Change image" from the contextual menu.
Graphs & Charts
You’ll find charts and graphs listed last in our content sidebar menu.
We have six types of graphs and charts: Line graphs, Curve graphs, Bar Graphs, Pie charts, Doughnut charts, Percentage charts.
To edit a graph’s content just double click it and enter your data on its back.
To add more data sets click the “+” icon, directly on the graph.
To remove a data set look for the “-” sign on that particular data set.
Properties for Graphs & Charts
Just like the other content elements, clicking on a graph will open its "Properties" and "Positions" menus in the right sidebar of your dashboard.
Each type of graph has its own properties. You can customize the look of every element within your chart: the legend, the area chart and graph values, the display grid and even the labels’ color, font size, or background color.
You can change the position of your chart’s legend within it, its font, font size, color, line width or legend margin.
Groups are multiple elements linked together. You can create a group by selecting at least two elements on your slide and enabling the "Group Elements" button in the right sidebar menu.
Combining and selecting different elements into a group allows these items to be treated as a single unit. You can then move or transform some elements without affecting their attributes or positions. After grouping different elements, you can edit them without having to ungroup them. First, you have to click to select the group and then select the element you want to edit.
To ungroup a selection of elements just select the created group and check out the right sidebar for its properties.
Multiple selection editing is also available. This means that when selecting elements that have the same properties, you can edit them simultaneously, without grouping them (Eg.: text & text, shapes & shapes).
